The Company was formerly known as BNBM Logistics Co., Ltd., which was jointly invested and established in January 2001 by BNBM Group Building Materials Co., Ltd., BNBM Building Materials (Group) Co., Ltd., Zhujiang Company of China Building Materials and Equipment Import and Export Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Zhujiang Building Materials Industry Co., Ltd., and in December 2007, the Company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Building Material Company Limited, a Hong Kong listed company of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd., was renamed CNBM Investment Co., Ltd. in the same year. In 2011, the Company entered a track of rapid development, acquired, invested in and built a graphite industrial park integrating development, R&D and in-depth processing in Chenzhou, Hunan Province, and built a commercial concrete core profit area through alliance and restructuring in Shaoguan of Guangdong, Macao and other places. Based on Asia-Pacific region, the Company marches and opens new stores in Tanzania and Zambia. CNBM Investment has solidly promoted the establishment of 100 overseas chain distribution centers. At present, the Company has six business segments, namely overseas chain stores, cement and commercial concrete business division, resource development, trade logistics, real estate development and investment business. With assets of over 10 billion yuan, annual sales of nearly 5 billion yuan, and more than 2,000 employees, the Company is a core backbone enterprise of China National Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. (No. 259 of world's top 500 enterprises in 2017).
